ePiggery is a very graphical interactive program supported by wizards and tutorials to help you master it yourself.

Draw your housing layout diagram with your mouse.
					Populate it with breeders and visualise the hierarchical tree of reproductive variables that drive weaner production.
	Reshape the growth curves with your mouse that progeny jump onto at weaning and off at slaughter.
		Drag & drop feed delivery schedules to design diet changes and phase feeding.
	Then use your mouse again to draft off fast growing progeny and direct them for early sale at an array of different price systems.

Once you have set up your project, “What If” analysis is as easy as pressing the camera icon to add another column to your comparative reports:

Then drill down with your mouse to reveal the profit drivers of the changes you made (eg increase Pre Weaning Mortality% from 10 to 20%).

Or just use the inbuilt Optimization Engine to automatically work out the best combination of decisions you can make to maximise profit or any other business variable.  Each time the “Engine” finds a better business solution the optimization graph takes a jump (while you’re having a well earned cup of coffee).

The result is a simple report that advises if you should buy more sows or sell progeny at older ages or wean earlier (or what ever you asked it to do).  You can even ask it to design and build you a brand new piggery to optimise ROE!
